A Beautiful Place…

What picture comes to your mind when you consider the words “A beautiful place?” At Departure Bay Baptist Church, we see a place where people know they matter to God and to us. Since 1960 our church has seen many changes, growing from a small community of believers in the house on the back of the property to our current building filled with a rich diversity of people who know and love the Lord with a passion that reaches out to the community around them.

 

Continuing Our Legacy…

We want to continue the legacy of faith, commitment and growth that was built into the foundation of this church over 50 years ago. Together as a family we will work together to make this place beautiful, a place where Jesus Christ can be exalted and God glorified. Today we to stand together and commit to making a change. Using our God given resources of time, treasure and talent, we will move forward and make this place beautiful through some much needed work and repair. With your support we can do this.
