Broccoli Salad
 
 
8 large slices of bacon – drained and broken into pieces. 
 
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
(optional – creamy poppyseed dressing)
 
1 large head broccoli – cut into bitesize florets
1/3 cup or 1 medium red onion diced
1 cup red seedless grapes – halved
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pecans – broken into pieces
1 cup celery – chopped finely
(optional – dried cranberries)
 
Cook bacon and set aside. Mix together dressing ingredients and set aside.
Mix together all other ingredients for salad. Add bacon.
 
Pour dressing over salad and mix together. 
Serve and enjoy! 
Makes approx. 8 – 1 cup servings
