Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
 
 

Makes 48.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350o
  2. Large bowl – beat butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla until fluffy
  3. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt
  4. Stir into butter mixture until well blended
  5. Mix in chocolate chips
  6. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet and put in fridge to cool
  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes
  8. Eat!
