Hashbrown Casserole
 
 
2 lb bag frozen hashbrowns
2 tins cr of mushroom soup
2-3 c grated cheddar
1 c sour cream
1 bunch gr onions chopped
S & P to taste
Optional 1 c fried crumbled bacon or 1 c ham cubes
 
Mix altogether and spread in 9×13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 hr. 5 min before finished sprinkle more cheese on top.
