Sausage Rolls
 
 

1.25 lb = 12 Sausage Rolls

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 box phylo = 2 10×10 sheets = 1 dozen rolls
  • 1-1.5 lb of meat – beef/pork/game
  • ½ tsp salt per lb
  • 2 tsp fennel per lb
  • ½ onion per lb
  • 1-2 stalks of celery per lb
  • 1/3 head garlic per lb
  • Pepper to taste
  • ½ cup bread crumbs per lb
  • Egg wash
  • Poppy seeds

 

Directions:

  1. Cook veggies and garlic; let cool
  2. Cook at 425 for 40 minutes
    1. Rotate racks every 10 minutes
    2. Max 8 rolls per tray
